Summer Tote with Flying Birds

This blue cotton with yellow rose print is such a summery fabric, I had to use it for a big, useful tote.
The blue and yellow combination has a real mid-summer quiet day feel about it. There are three flying birds appliqued on the front of the bag. The birds are made of a plain blue cotton that matches the background blue of the bag.

There's lots of room inside the bag. There's one long pocket across one side, divided into two. On the other side is a patch pocket, divided into two, giving a mobile/cell phone pocket.

I added a couple of flying bird appliques to the inner pockets, too, just to pull the whole bag together.
